St. Mark Door Project

Overview

Over the past year, the Buildings and Ground Committee at St. Mark has researched the replacement of the exterior doors in our religious education building. The current doors have surpassed their useful life, and they are now not only unattractive but hugely energy inefficient. With the approval of the St. Mark Finance Council, the decision was made to move forward with replacing the main entrance panel and double doors, the basement double doors, and the single door and window panel upstairs. The new doors will match the look and finish of those doors, creating a consistent design and a welcoming entrance for the parish offices.

The cost of the project is just under $13,000. We recently received a generous gift that will cover 20% of that amount. We are asking the parishioners of St. Mark to support this project in the hope that we will not need to draw from savings to pay the remaining 80%.
