Per the Archdiocese of Dubuque, the suggested Mass stipend for each Mass offered will be $10.00 starting January 1, 2026. This is a suggested donation and the priest is permitted to accept more or less than that amount. Any Mass intentions already accepted and scheduled to date will still be at the previous rate of $5.00 even if they are scheduled after January 1, 2026.
